you have to break the bead on at least one side of the tire-rim to get to the stem hole, then pull a new valve stem through from the inside, use dish soap for lube on the stem. carefully grab the valve stem below the threads with a pliers (or use a valve stem puller if you have one) until the stem is seated. Lube the bead of the tire with the soapy water and inflate, keep your fingers (and everything else) out of the bead!!
