hey guys, so I swapped rear brake pads from a kevlar carbon to an organic compound pad and I noticed that I have to push the pedal down a tad bit lower for the brakes to apply. But when they are applied, the bike doesn't move.
Does this sound normal or are all non metallics supposed to feel the same way?
