When you say push lower? Do mean the physical pedal is going lower that before?, or do you mean the amount of pressure/force you apply to said pedal??

Pads not bedded in yet, and also you switch compounds, which will effect the amount of force applied/need to stop the bike.

Did you remove the disc from the wheel? Did you check the disc for thickness, and straightness?
