I'm in the same boat
. 10k miles this past year but I still love it. Even if I had a car/truck I think I would still continue to ride everyday excluding rain. Rain and cold weather really isnt so bad for my commute..It's just a pain throwing extra gear on to stay warm and dry. I personally have come to dislike riding in a car...not comfortable at all.
