Less members, and less activity from members who are here. It's not terribly surprising, looking at all forums I'm involved with, but I would certainly support anything interesting or useful to keep the people who are here interested. One trick that I have found useful over the years, and have let slip a bit, is to make sure no thread ever stays unanswered. If you pull down the "View New Posts" menu, you'll see a "
Find All Unanswered Threads" link, which does exactly what it says. Any thread that didn't get any attention shows up. Head to that thread, provide a response, and there's a better than average chance that user will come back to follow-up. Give it a shot!
