t-cab12 : I have the S-W Motech rack from Twisted Throttle. Pricey, but worth it. It's a very high quality piece, plus it looks good when not in use. The only other rack option for the 250 is the Ventura rack. Personally I think the Ventura is pretty ugly. It also requires clamps to mount a topcase bracket, which is something I would avoid doing.
