I dont think you pushed anyones buttons, no worries.

It is pretty hard to imagine though, i cant think of places other than highways around here where you could sustain 135 for more than a couple seconds. Im usually between 40-70 in my "country" roads. But i do remember taking a trip out to the midwest and its just nothing out there. You could go 30 miles on the highway before getting to the next exit. Im thinking this is the type of area OP is around, otherwise, im right there with you. Too much traffic or not enough visibility, etc around here to "safely" do those speeds.
