This is super cheesy and dumb, but I've got a neat idea.
See if you can recycle the remaining metal parts at a metal recycling place. Take a bit of relief in knowing your bike's ashes are, in a way, being scattered. Then, from the few bucks you get from the recycling center, get a nice vinyl decal made as a memorial, and put it on your next bike.
