The front seat has two plastic "pegs" at the rear underside of the seat. Once the seat is unbolted from the sides it needs a firm tug/wiggle towards the rear of the bike and it should pop out. Tug firmly in a linear motion then wiggle/lift up on the front seat. Should pop right out.
