You can. Might be a bit bulky, but I've worn them under jeans before. I guess it also depends how tight your pants are.
An overpant is also a decent idea, so you'd just take them off at work. Those are built to go over your regular clothes. I don't have any experience with those, though. Good excuse to go shopping, try everything on, see what you like.
