I learned yesterday that shogun sliders double as an effective way to relieve cramping in my legs; just plopped my legs on them for a few and the pain goes away. O, and on my next ride I will be passing the 1,000 mile mark since I've owned my bike

. It's disappointing it took me this long to go that far but we have had sooooooooo much rain lately, flooding every couple days.
