As this problem is time related, I would open the valve cover and re-check the adjustment of all the valves.

Also, connectors that were removed for the valve adjustment, especially the ones for both spark coils (red goes to the lower connector).

Unless it is a fuel supply or water contamination problem, carburetors don't misbehave so dramatically in one week.
