Thanks. Not a lot of power, but not a lot of weight either - around 200 pounds wet. Once you're rolling you're good.
It's getting a few more changes shortly. Blue wheels, new tires, Rizoma barend mirror, and a few other details. The plan is to paint it silver eventually. I think it will look better all silver with blue wheels and graphics. The 2-tone black/silver is original, but not the best looking...
The new gearing (+1 on the countershaft) may be a touch too tall, but larger rear sprockets seem to be available so we may add a tooth or 2 and see how it feels.
