Hmm, hanger bracket can be easy. You just need a shorter version of this:

To attach upper end, fill round hole with stock rubber bushing, or maybe bushing for an auto swaybar end-link would do. Then use big fender washers (larger than hole) on inside & outside to trap bushing in between and centre bolt for hanger bracket.
On muffler to exhaust, yeah you need bigger pipe to fit on outside of inner cone on muffler. An adapter cone can be made to fit outside of exhaust pipe and other end fits between inner cone and outer sleeve of muffler.
That part on exhaust with loop for spring, is that some kind of clamp-on part like a big hose clamp?
