Problem is these muffler folks are trying to make one muffler design to work with both stock factory exhaust as well as larger aftermarket ones. My factory exhaust measures 1-3/8" OD here it goes into muffler. So you've got factory pipes too.

Aside from diameter mismatch, factory pipe does not enter the muffler centered and on-axis.

Factory muffler has an angled inlet so it can mate up with factory pipe which is aimed downwards relative to muffler axis. And muffler inlet is off-center towards inside to place most of muffler on outside. That's why aftermarket muffler is hitting your frame.

It's going to take some cutting, welding adapters and bracket fabrication to get it all to fit and seal. You can send all pieces to me and I can do that for you. Or we can swap my known-to-fit factory quiet muffler for your two aftermarket ones. Also comes with heat-shield piece to hide clamps and junction.
