Hi Bill, luckily there are quite a few roads like this in HK. The most famous one is called Route Twisk which winds up and down the side of HK's highest peak, Tai Mo Shan. I'll try and head up that way when it gets a bit sunnier (been raining all week). Unfortunately HK isn't so litter free but areas like this are quite well maintained.
