The heat you get out is the amount the burning fuel produces, times the stove's efficiency. If the stove is already 80 percent efficient, then running the fan faster than designed might get the efficiency a couple percent higher, but may also keep parts of the stove and flu from getting hot enough to stay clean. In any case, you won't get a lot more heat out, since there isn't much wasted heat going up the chimney in the first place.
