Bikes Direct has some good deals. The Motobecane is a good bike. I have restored several of the cromolly ones made in France. A couple years ago, I was pricing a 105 Grouppo for my Univega Comp. It was not cheap--so I bought a Windsor from Bikes Direct with 105 components for less than a pair of STI Shifters, derailleurs, and brakes. I put the shifters, brakes, crankset, derailleurs, bottom bracket, and casette on the `Vega, reassembled the Windsor with the SORA Grouppo, and sold it as a commuter. It turned out very well, and the customer who bought it is very happy with it. He brings it in to my shop for a tune every year. Still looks like a brand new bike.
