Congratulations on the newborn. Does not surprise me that your time is totally taken up for the time being. Been there 25 years ago with a teen and a pre-teen. Quite a culture shock marrying into a ready made family. It was well worth it--no regrets. Enjoy the kids. They get older fast and just become a memory as they get out on their own. Lots of time for bicycling---I started in 2004 and now have my own shop. Bicycling at age 68 is both enjoyable and healthy. I don`t have to go fast---then again, a short ride is 15mi--most of my rides are 30+mi.
