Pulled everything apart again.
Orings and washers were intact in the idle circuits.
I'm soaking the jets this time instead of using aerosol carb cleaner and an air compressor.
I'd like to soak the bodies as well but am always hesitant to do that.
If this doesn't work I'm just buying a jet kit and k-n filter and will figure it out from there.
