Before I saw the van I was doing 50kph in a 60kph zone and I used engine braking (ninja 250's engine braking is really strong) so probably about 42kph. I ended up hitting the the rear left corner of the van with the front of my bike (slightly left side of the front) at about a 1:30 o'clock angle and smashed my whole left left between the van and my bike. Then it spit me out and I was flying like superman with no cape.
