i would love to hear from her too. everytime i go to the track I get coaching, and i get pushed a little bit by the coach also weather its roll on sooner, roll on harder, brake a little deeper. im a little out of my comfort. and not all my riding is like this , i have no problem droping to slower group to work on things, but i do believe ther is a place to push in training.
