I enjoy meditating, but it's hard for me to get into a habit of doing it. Mainly due to the fact that it can be very difficult for me to get my mind to stop going so fast. Once I do get it calmed down and start to get in the zone, I'm ready to move after what seems like forever but it's only been around 15 minutes total.
