I was a late bloomer. I picked up smoking at 18. I Just turned 48. As long as I make the lifestyle change, I'm good. It's the pre-quit " i gotta quit"-planning thats always the hardest. Once I commit, im good. Just that damn hesitation before the jump. Every time. Starting a new position, shift, and location next monday. My target is to start " pre-cessation" this weekend. Damn pre-jitters.lol

Only reason I start up, in most cases, is because of the rare night scene when I go out with long time no see friends. ( which is when i usually wake up with sore lungs, and a half pack of smokes. From there im like " might as well finish them up." DOH!
