It's has been months since I've ridden the bike and today I started it up, it will stop running without the prime. Even with the prime on, if I give it gas it will die. Also, while it is on prime, the rpms goes up and down from 1k-3k. Do you think it's a gas problem or carb problem? I also checked the shimmed needle and it has this light green residue on it... is it normal?
