The only interesting road I know of in your area is just south of Orangeville off #10 to Belfountain.
There are a few members here from GTA but you'll probably have better success finding riders at the forum GTAmotorcycle.com
You will though; likely find this forum to be the best both for decorum and quality advice not just for your motorcycle but for skills, gear and everything else too.

Also; look at the bottom of this page: there should be a list of similar threads that relate to posts from the GTA etc.
As well; Look at the top of this page and click on the "community" tab then select "membership map". Search within 50 miles (be patient with our American friends!

) of Toronto and you will see all the 250/300 members that have entered themselves on the map.

If you ever get just a little down the road near Revelstoke, BC: post up and mention me (@membername, in my case: @SLOWn60) and I can lead you on some great local roads
