I got the rear stand from Cycle Gear five years ago. I used it on a 250, a 300 and a 1000. Never a problem.

But I don't need to move the bike around when it's on the stand. I've heard that people who needs to move the bike around while in the stand go for the more expensive ones as PitBull.
