All right, so I have finally had a (relatively) warm day here and a good chance to test the changes I made.
I was a bit apprehensive pulling out of the drive way but it turns out it was all for naught. She ran amazingly!
I put the 110 jets with four washers to start with as that seemed to be the most common setup with what I am running, and she pulled hard to redline and idled beautifully. Even started right up with no problems! Oh how I missed that! I cant wait for the rest of this week now!
