I am so very sorry to read this.
When I was 14 I lost 60% of the hearing in my right ear. Not a problem. Saturday when I woke up I could not hear out of my left ear and have a pronounced ringing of tinnitus. Now I can bairly hear anything.
Loosing senses is a very traumatic thing. And somthing we take for granted until it happens.
