Two things that have bitten me more than once. Is the kill switch on and does the bike really have gas. I always over think and miss the obvious.

yep. Both are a-ok for sure.
Man it maybe charging system too? this thing is less than a year old.
and light.. I doubt if the headlight is even on. If yes it's still bearly visible..
