Been using them since i got a new exhaust and even the little cheapo foam plugs make a big difference for me.
MIne are flesh colored so, leaving them in after helmet is off is also a great way to meet female audiologists, lady ENT specialists and even oncologist-a's as they, from a distance, resemble tumors.
