INTAKE MODIFICATIONS: k+n r 0990 air filter

EXHAUST MODIFICATIONS: mmg header, muffler varies

JET KIT OR STOCK?:

Timing : 5* advance key, factory pro

MAIN JET: 127 (approx .050 i.d.)

PILOT JET: 40

NEEDLE AND CLIP POSITION: Stock needles shimmed with 2 .023" washers each carb

MIXTURE SCREW SETTING: 3.0turns out

ELEVATION: 1000 / 1500 ft
misc : installed a stock ninja 300 engine into 250 chassis. 250 carbs , flywheel ,and ignition case. sprockets 14/41 . jetting is a bit rich, going to jet closer after I pick which muffler will be used. Might try #42 pilot. fitting different mufflers .ninja 300 muffler is nice and quite, runs (?)good. A jardine Yamaha fj 600 slip on kinda loud runs better. have a knock off ?? 12" can oval can on the way.
