MIXTURE SCREW SETTINGS: Fuel screws 2.5 turns out.
ELEVATION: sea level to 3000 ft.
MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR BIKE’S JETTING SETUP: Highly recommend the Factory Pro kit over the dynojet kit. Hardest part of tuning these carbs is deleting the airbox.
Using stock air runners on the carbs shoved into the R-0990 K&N airfilter.
Overtighten the drain bolts on the Carb bowls.
Running 18T/57T sprockets with 134 chain length from Spears Racing Enterprises.
Bike pulls now.
I was running Slip-on only with zero other mods, and bike not only felt like it lost a chunk of its midrange and top end, but, it popped and crackled every decel. Running bike, erring on the rich side now, has virtually no back firing any more.
