Take and post photo of just 16t sprocket installed.
Take and post photo of chain wrapped around 16th sprocket.
Take and post photo of chain wrapped around 16th sprocket after chain-ends have been connected.
Take and post photo of chain wrapped around 16th sprocket after chain-tension have been adjusted at swing-arm.
