it rips from 3k as far as i dared on the ride this evening. no hesitation at all.my idle dropped a little and i actually ended up setting it lower than i had it before, so i think my idle heating issue is done.
warmed up at idle if i blip the throttle it drops right back down, no hanging like it used to. so i think this setup is good for my bike. now come spring i'm going to mess it all up and put an exhaust on
