I just wanted to say thanks.
I've been lurking on this forum the past few months searching for answers to multiple problems with my "new" bike.
I received this bike for free after helping a friend move as it did not run and she wanted nothing to do with it. It had been sitting in a shed for 4 years and with no knowledge on motorcycles, I stumbled upon you guys.
I've tackled cleaning/rebuilding carbs, changing sprockets and chain, replacing springs and suspension along with quite a few other things. After almost giving up because of a persistent problem and sending it to a shop, I can gladly say I figured it out today and now she runs like a champ.
So a big thank you to riders who posted questions regarding the same issues I was having, and an even bigger thank you to all the know it alls!
And with that, goodnight and farewell, I've been up entirely too long...
