I like Ermax's "plate holder" also. In fact, it might be one of my favorite fender eliminator designs.
I forgot to add that there is a US distributor for Ermax called Frog Specialties. They only have two items for the Ninja 250R and not in stock. They charge slightly more than what the French web site offers them at. Note: these two parts are not presently listed on FS's web site.
I contacted Philippe with FS about this eliminator and here was his reply minus the photos: (Their fender eliminator is competitively priced but their bubble screens aren't.)

Here are the photos of the 2 items we have for Ninja 250.
We have none of these parts in stock and they must be ordered. ETA 3-4 weeks to us in So Cal.
Fender Eliminators are $140 painted. Turn Signals are $40 additional. They are stick on flush mounted LEDs.
Dual Bubble screens are $115 in clear, grey, bronze ; $125 in lite black, dark black or any color
