Not sure. Been 6 months since I've read anything about it, but IIRC the junction box is where the headlight relay is located and is a sealed unit. I tested all the wiring to my headlight and everything checked out no problem.
My plan of action is to replace the box, and if it works I'll tear the old one apart to see if there's a simple sign for failure.
