I was at a car dealership last weekend and looking at the sticker price on a new 2012 model and it had the manufacturer's tag in the window w/all the features and installed options, and then the
dealer's sticker w/the "dealer installed options" and one of them was something like "market price adjustment" which added a few hundred bucks to the price of the car.
