New poster here. I have an 03 bike with a 12 motor(allegedly). I have been waiting for the plate to come from my closed dmv, it came today and I suited up for a ride. Wouldn’t start, I put plugs in because I didn’t know their history. Now it will only start with choke off, throttle wide open and petcock to off. Won’t idle either. Everything is stock with carbs and airbox. And I seem to be getting a fair amount of gas from overflow hose onto ground. Help please. Thanks
