Mark, I've invested in the Icon Accelerant W/proof boots. Pricey but they fit great, good support and padding is plush. 1st time on could wear them all day without any issues. Waterproof and really warm. Soles grip pavement well in rain and of course dry pavement. Also good grip on pebble type surfaces. Wear these more than any of the other boots I have for the bike. Love em.
