well, lets see here...

hotbodies race bodywork with a janky ninja chicken paintjob and a hotbodies tinted windscreen
kickstand removed, in race weight (everything nonessential cut off)
yoshimura full stainless exhaust, dynojets and needles, dynotuned.
zx6r coil over ignition plugs
r1 rear suspension, adjustable height links with a 0.67 shock knuckle ratio
sonic springs up front, standard damping valves but 20w motul fork oil, hand made adjustable preload fork caps
race rearsets (with upside down shift pattern) and clipons, aftermarket shorty levers. standard throttle tube.
simplified cooling system
