"Caused by?" I dunno that I'd think of it that way. When a thief steals your car and takes police on a high-speed chase and they use the Pit maneuvers to make it lose control and it wrecks, the thief is still responsible.

Regardless, they said it was the owner's "homie" (AKA, friend) who kicked the bike. The owner wasn't tooling around with two bikes.
