I don't see a problem riding to it wearing full gear, but have nice clothes on under it and leave the gear on the bike. Run a comb/brush through your hair after the helmet comes off too.

If you're looking for a position in their finance department you'll be dealing with knuckle draggers to folks making six figures. They are going to want you to look professional. How do the employees at your local bank dress?
