Depends upon the bolt. Nothing structural should be Al, since it’s only 1/3rd strength of steel. Most weight-savings come from replacing biggest bolts first with Ti, about 6-8 lbs savings. Smaller non-critical bolts replaced with Al will save 1-2 lbs.
