Pegs/toe sliders for sure would be last to limiting factor. I've cut my pegs back a inch, and hacked the ends \ /.
The chrome cap on my stock exhaust has dragged before, remove that. My area P system, the header pipe extends a bit further, so the muffler sits a bit higher.
