ok oil change done new filter and the oil level is EXACTLY where it should be i put a level across the tank and checked oil level when bike was perfectly level

started it up seems to be ok now just going to go for a ride then i should know

as far as tearing it apart if it continues ill put the orig factory oil and filter back in ( i saved them) and take it to the dealer they can deal with it its under warrenty for 2 years

well it seems to be better i went on the hwy for a few km left bike for 10 mins or so restarted it and oil light went out right away
