First, for anyone who says they park in certain spaces because they can't get a ticket, 2 things:

1. You're a dick.

2. They still have the right to tow you, each state has different laws that they have to follow, but they can get you.

Second, motorcycles are fuel efficient, but by and large they are not low emissions vehicles.
