There are other ones that will work, but this one will work with up to 6 sets of lights so you can run rear LED's or other lights with the same relay. According to Tridon's website, the only other flasher with the same pin spacing and in a 2 pin configuration, which is also an electronic relay, is the EP12. I can't find a source for those unless I was to order them from AUS, which would just be more expensive than the EP34.
