Unfortunately there is no warranty as the dealership was closing.
I am quite confident in my research that these bikes don't have many problems at all. I do all my own work on my bike anyway. As for the deal, I feel like the Cali guys are getting better deals on left over 16's but these was also a small dealer. I did get the bike under kbb value and it really is brand new. In the end I don't have many choices near me. If i didn't get this bike the next one was about a 2 hour drive. And what really surprised me is that I couldn't find any used ones for sale in my area. Either way so far I'm pleased with it.
